ddraw: Do not restore the display mode from inside SetCooperativeLevel (resend 2)

Patch updated:

* Since the display mode is no longer restored by SetCooperativeLevel,
it must be restored explicitly by IDirectDraw_Destroy
* Added tests to verify that destroying the DirectDraw object does
restore the display mode from before creating the object
