[(try 2) 01/11] d3d10: Include d3dcommon.h for the ID3D10Blob interface.

Hi,

this patch series is try 2 for the D3D10Get*ShaderBlob functions.

Improvements:
- fix some spelling mistakes
- use COM macros for the ID3D10Blob
- use HeapFree instead of IUnknown_Release()
- fix chunk offset and size calculation
- improve the test for the chunk offset/size
