[PATCH 2/3] gameux/tests: checking presence of GameExplorer registry keys

Previous patch with registry checking has been split into two and 
changed in some places. Main change is added dynamic loading of 
ConvertSidToStringSidW in this patch and RegGetValueW in the next.
