[PATCH 2/2] ws2_32/tests: Add regression tests for WSARecvMsg and IP_PKTINFO (try 2, resend 2).

Description:
    This patch adds regression tests for the WSARecvMsg function and
retrieving of IP_PKTINFO responses.  These tests also demonstrate how
the control buffer and flags of the passed WSAMSG structure are
modified even when an overlapped operation is performed (so this
structure must remain valid throughout any operation).  This
submission is rebased against the current git, the last submission
dropped off of Patch Tracker while it was still marked as New.
