[shdocvw/tests] Make sure we use a valid temporary directory

Hi,

Both my NT4 and W2K boxes don't have a "C:\WINDOWS\TEMP" directory. I 
saw others on test.winehq.org with apparently this same issue. This 
fixes 2 test failures on these boxes.

Still 2 failures left for all boxes with IE6 (regardless of servicepack).
