winecoreaudio: Fix a float cast in the computation of MIDI volume.

Hi,

BTW, I'll submit a bug report tomorrow because winecoreaudio/audio.c produces a warn: trace and reports a weird fourcc mmerr code when attempting to retrieve the volume via midiOutGetVolume, while the calls in tests/wave.c succeed without warning, eventually calling the same function.
Perhaps the MacOS MIDI sw-synth does not support volume settings after all?
