[shell32/tests] Fix a test failure on NT4

Hi,

NT4 behaves differently.

Sidenote:

I really encourage people to use the winetestbot. Running, for example, 
the now changed shfileop tests takes less than a minute on an idle 
winetestbot and covers 7 different versions of Windows.
