[msi/tests] Run the 'in_use' tests again

Hi,

(Based on top of Hans' series of 3).

I added some advapi32:eventlog tests back in November where I had to use 
MOVEFILE_DELAY_UNTIL_REBOOT to remove a file in use after a reboot.

The msi:install tests however check for the corresponding registry stuff 
and skipped the tests if something was found in the registry.

This patch skips all entries not created by the msi:tests with the 
assumption that all msi created entries contain the string 'msitest' 
(which is true so far).

Tested on winetestbot and on an XP box where I first ran the 
advapi32:eventlog tests.
