1/2 winex11: fix source offset bug when a mask_picture is set [fixes bug 21780]

Hi,

When a mask picture is around (the source data is stored in there) the
source offsets need to be specified relative to the mask picture. For
some reason this bug was only reported a few days ago while it has
been around for months.
