[2/2] user32: Intersect with passed dirty rectangle while blitting

This was tested under Vista using example I found (http://www.codeproject.com/KB/GDI/pxalphablend.aspx)
after replacing UpdateLayeredWindow with UpdateLayeredWindowIndirect.
It does actually clip with dirty rectangle.

Wine's implementation doesn't allow this example to show window blending unfortunately.
