I know I sent a patch some hours ago but in fact it didn't work. I trusted myself because running ./configure script on cygwin on VirtualBox takes ~30 minutes. Whatever, this new patch is a bit simpler (.exe instead of $ac_exeext) and works perfectly. I'm waiting for comments.
