[2/3] cmd: fix echoing of multiline commands

In native cmd, compound commands only have the prompt echoed
once, and are echoed line-at-a-time rather than command-at-a-time.

Fixes http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=21214
and makes testing cmd easier.
