avifil32: allow files with different extensions to be loaded

I'm not sure whether this patch should be applied. It changes the
behavior from what Windows 98 has to what Windows XP has. Windows XP is
more tolerant with the file extension of an AVI file and can load any
AVI file no matter it's file extension. With Windows 98 the actual file
extension needs to be one that's properly registered in the registry.
