[dxdiagn/tests] Fix some test failures on a clean W2K3

Hi,

On a clean W2K3 with just servicepacks and windows updates (tested with 
Standard and Enterprise edition) the clsid (or maybe more id's ?) are 
missing.

Doing a 'regsvr32 dxdiagn.dll' or even just running DxDiag fixes this.
