Hi,
this is try 2 for this patch series. It improves shader parsing in
d3d10, implements ID3D10EffectPass::Get*ShaderDesc() and
ID3D10EffectType::IsValid().
A test which checks the results will follow later, because it has one
flaw with the loop in the geometry shader, which needs to be fixed first.
Improvement: Patch 2: check the return value of parse_shader().
