shlwapi: Partially implement SHGetShellKey (try5)

  Previous one marked deferred now, but still.

try5: finally found sane way to skip on win2k - a different call uses 
this ordinal on this version. On win98 it still crashes with not-null 
subkey name too, so I suspect another call that uses ordinal.
