[dlls/comctl32] Use the Cyrillic 'O' in the Serbian translation

Hi,

Found this while adding the Serbian-Cyrillic translation of appwiz.cpl. 
The Cyrillic 'O' and the normal 'O' look identical but it took a while 
till I figured out why I had a compile error for appwiz.cpl (po2rc does 
some strange things sometimes).
