gdi32: Add CreateFontIndirectEx implementation (try3)

try3: added a fixme for unhandled fields, added conversion for them A->W
try2: function body moved to *Ex call, and CreateFontIndirect use it.

Add CreateFontIndirectEx implementation

For this one from 1.2 list http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13064

It's reported to work for this app.
