crypt32(1/5): Add support for szCERT_STORE_PROV_PKCS7 to CertOpenStore

This corrects a minor oversight in CertOpenStore.  (Reading PKCS7
messages was already implemented, but only when CERT_STORE_PROV_PKCS7
was passed, not when szCERT_STORE_PROV_PKCS7 was passed.)
