dsound: Improve underrun behavior

Pretend to have mixed the maximum amount, so that a underrun is less 
likely to happen.

This can be for the case where you have a single dsound buffer that gets 
triggered here, since it triggers it assumes no data is mixed, no data 
is mixed so no buffers are queued, no buffers are queued so an underrun 
happens again.

This can be triggered reliably with alsa->remote pulseaudio with 
padevchooser
