8/10 wined3d: fix BltOverride destination flipping bug

Hi,

This patch changes some rectangle flipping code which didn't looked
strange. I asked Stefan about it and he wasn't sure why it was written
and it looked wrong to him as well. It was one of the reason to write
the DirectDraw blit tests which are part of this series. Those tests
show that flipping in the y-direction can be performed using the
destination rectangle but NOT in the x-direction. Likely the code was
added for that purpose, so change its behavior to that.
