[2/2] dlls/crypt32: unit test PFXImportCertStore() (2nd try)

Using a self-signed certificate in PKCS#12 format, test the implementation of PFXImportCertStore() now that it is no longer stubbed out.

Instructions for re-creating a certificate are included in the patch, for future reference.

Review issues were adressed as much as possible, but the tests are far from complete since they only cover what was implemented.
