[PATCH 1/3] winmm: WAVE/MIDI_MAPPER (-1) is a 32 bit UINT, not 16.

Hi,

the last of this sequence of 3 patches contains the tests.
It must not be applied before my ALSA patch from ealier today
or it would cause a test failure when using ALSA.

This patch is not unlike commit 65011132e5347cbce7a51c291286effde651f85e
IIRC it prevents failure of the following test in part 3:
rc = midiOutGetID(hm, &udevid);
