StgOpenStorage(..., STGM_READ | STGM_TRANSACTED, ...) should succeed

Cuecards2000 uses
StgOpenStorage(..., STGM_READ | STGM_TRANSACTED, ...) and 
StgOpenStorage(..., STGM_READ | STGM_TRANSACTED, ...)  succeeds on all
windows test bots.

Appended patch adds a test case and checks for this special combination and allows
cuecards to proceed with wine. I don't know if the share mode I return is
right or too relaxed. If somebody could have a look, I'd be gratefull.

The patch also adds some more Traces.
