mciseq: Bogus sizeof led to incorrect positioning.

Hi,

had I written mciseq tests like I did for mciwave, Valgrind would have
caught this long ago :-(

This mostly fixes Chip's Challenge (together with the previous patch
setting STATUS_STOPPED before sending the notification).

The reason for no patch with tests is the resource problem.  One day
I'll write some code that'll create a mini MIDI file for execution of
the future winmm/tests/mcimidi.ok.

At least the file (and hence code) size would be much smaller than for
a test.avi file, which is also absolutely missing.  I wrote no
significant mciavi tests so far for the exact same reason.
