[comctl32/tests 1/2] Fix shell32 test failures on NT4/W2K

Hi,

These property sheet tests actually messed up the shell32:shlexec tests 
on NT4/W2K. It also made double-clicking items not work anymore on these 
platforms.

The change from model to modeless still shows the WM_SIZE being sent on 
Windows and not on Wine.

Discussed this with Nikolay and decided to send in this patch (and a 
second one to get rid of all the commented out messages). Nikolay thinks 
it could be a next step to integrate these tests with the present ones 
as it hardly rectifies it's own test (yet).
