ntdll/tests: add tests for NtQueryVolumeInformationFile with FileFsVolumeInformation class (try 2)

Sorry, i attached the old patch again, grrrrrrrrrrrr. Here is the fixed one.

try 2: fixed a typo that made the test not run at all on win98. (Didn't see a failure on win98, so i thought test was ok, but it didn;t run at all on win98) Thanks Paul Vriens for spotting this.

 Tested on XP and wine-bot's VM's. Also tested after
 changing volumelabel name on XP (with the command label).
 
 Patch for the bug and the todo_wine's will follow lateron
