winex11: Add support for animated cursors in X11 driver (try 6).

Description:
    Use DrawIconEx to extract the multiple frames of an animated
cursor.  Please note that this patch does not add support for the
delay between frames, as I have not yet found a good way to extract
this information.  This version (over version 5) replaces "icon" with
"cursor" in some comments and fixes an off-by-one mistake in expanding
the buffer for temporarily storing XcursorImage pointers.
