[1/7] oleview: update simplified Chinese translation

[cheer_xiao]

Hi developers,
I'm sending in a series of updates of the simplified Chinese
translation. I have built relevant programs/libraries to ensure that
the RCs didn't get broken. Copyright claims, including my formal
English name (Cheer Xiao) and email address have been added (if not
present).
A few words about the updates: I'm planning to improve the simplified
Chinese translation completely, and I decided that the first thing it
needs is a uniform style. These updates are mostly stylizations,
besides a few corrections.

(Please correct me if any of my sentences may sound weird to a native
speaker. Thanks!)
