winex11: Add support for animated cursors in X11 driver (try 5).

    Use DrawIconEx to extract the multiple frames of an animated
cursor.  Please note that this patch does not add support for the
delay between frames, as I have not yet found a good way to extract
this information.  This version (over version 4) fixes a couple
problems with cleaning up resources under error conditions and
clarifies the behavior of XcursorImagesDestroy.  I apologize for all
of the attempts here, apparently I'm off of my game this week.
