Hi,

Fix bug #28040. Be lenient when handle_underrun is not recognized.
The handle_underrun option is exactly one year old (by commit data, who knows when it
went into Linux distributions) and it's not acceptable to give no sound
to users of older versions, in particular those not affected by the recent(?) PulseAudio bug.
E.g. Ubuntu Intrepid typically works well enough, to the point that I regularly forget to kill PA ;-)

I've left in the FIXME_ONCE functionality based on the argument that it's not nice to bug
a user of an app using PlaySound more often than with an app using DSound,
opening the device once instead of each time.

Regards,
 Jörg Höhle
