crypt32/tests(2/3): In more recent Windows versions, updating a data message with no content succeeds

This probably should have been investigated further with commit
6a21ab270b2a9dc04ad38714f410e1ab27872f02, rather than removing the ok
check.  Thanks to Austin for trying to fix the missing check and
telling me about it.
