gdiplus: Add tests for locked image bit reading/writing.

The important parts of this test are in an if(0) because it accesses uninitialized memory. The point of this was to prove that we don't have to be able to access the entire image if the format is being converted, and we don't have to convert the original image bits if the lock is write-only. Still, the other parts should help prevent me from breaking things later.
