urlmon: Use winetest page URL for abort test

Yesterday change of server settings to use gzip compression broke 
aborting tests, that finish downloading data before we have have a 
chance to abort. This is a quick fix that simply uses test results 
summary page that takes much longer to load. We should consider changing 
other tests too (if download finished too soon we test fewer things than 
we could otherwise), but let's get rid of failures first.
