winemenubuilder: Make sure extension-based mimetypes are always lowercase (resend)

This prevents duplicate mimetype packages, eg. registering .bmp,
clearing wineprefix and then registering .BMP.

Since mime type names are case insensitive (RFC2045), it's better to
have them all lowercase anyway.


This time with the correct attachment.
