gdi32: Use graphics mode specified at the EMF creation time when playing EMR_EXTTEXTOUT record.

Glyph transformations highly depend on the DC graphics mode, so it's very
important to use correct GM when playing EMR_EXTTEXTOUT record. This patch
fixes text rotation in EMF mode for the test application attached to the
bug #22996.
