[0/4] view: Cleanup and EMF support

Hi,
I sometimes get emf files at work and need to view them, but there is no good application for linux available for that AFAIK.
(I know LibreOffice can import it, but it's a big overhead for just viewing and sometimes it renders it wrong)
As Wine already has the functions to display emf files i want to enable that feature in "view" to be accessible to the user.
