Nvidia GeForce GTX560 Ti detection fix

This patch fixes the problem that a GeForce GTX560 Ti GPU is not being
detected in current build. (http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=27924)

In wined3d/directx.c the card is mentioned as "GTX 560 TI" which causes
several malfunctions: both wine and the Windows programms expect the card
to be referred as Ti with a lowercase 'i'.
By changing it I got my GTX560 to be detected by wine and EVE online
correctly using the propritary driver and got several issues fixed which
appeared after changing my card.
