wineoss: Properly allocate the WAVEFORMATEXTENSIBLE returned by GetMixFormat (w/ patch)

Hi,

The only thing that prevented me from merging these patches is that
none of my partitions has a system with OSS4 :-(
Thus this patch has never been compiled.
And I'm not able to test Wine anymore with wineoss.
I have been using mostly Ubuntu Intrepid precisely because it works
quite well with Wine and allowed to test with and without
pulseaudio, ALSA and OSS.

I'm considering moving to Debian unstable but I don't know
if that's a reasonable choice.  The idea is to use a mostly
stable & supported system that I don't change often, with
very few brand new packages, e.g. git, Xorg+mesa, pulse, OSS4.
