[1/4] d3d8: disallow z buffers smaller than the color buffer (try 2)

This version asks wined3d for the surface sizes instead of storing them in 
d3d8, and I removed the comment because it is quite obvious what the code 
does(if not, the WARN string is still there)

The other 3 patches (the ones changing the tests) are not affected by the 
change in this patch. They still apply.
