[PATCH 1/2] d3dx9: Implement ID3DXBaseEffect::GetPixelShader(). (try 2)

Hi,

this patch series implements Get*Shader() for the ID3DXBaseEffect 
interface. It doesn't use the problematic define and uses the calls 
directly.
