[2/2] comctl32/listview: Don't refuse to set subitem data when some extra flag is specified

It appears that flag check is too strict now, it blocks setting subitem 
data with LVIF_DI_SETITEM specified.
NT40 fails in that test, I think it could be that LVIF_DI_SETITEM was 
introduced later and is unknown for NT40.
