winmm: Fix 8KB leak when mmioOpen fails (Valgrind).

Hi,

That leak is mentioned in bug #26050, comment #1.

please check carefully as I'm not familiar with MMIO and the variety
of MMIO_flags and varying code paths that follow.

Actually, I've some doubts about the correct use of MMIO_SetBuffer in MMIO_Open
 + MMIO_PARSE and MMIO_EXIST are already handled separately.
 - but what about MMIO_DELETE and MMIO_GETTEMP?
