winmm: Process MCI_DGV_INFO which is larger than MCI_INFO.

Hi,

unmapAtoW is untouched because the difference doesn't matter, although I don't
really like that inconsistency and because I couldn't switch mci16 yet
to MCI_DGV_INFO for the reason I explained today in wine-devel.
