cmd: WCMD_delete: move "Delete *.* ?" processing into WCMD_delete_confirm_wildcard (try 2)

Simplify WCMD_delete by moving the code that confirms wildcard
deletions into a helper function.
No change in functionality.

Change since first sent: added simple test case.
