mmdevapi/tests: Prevent crash when device is in use.

Hi,

People may perform the tests on native while some app
appears to have an audio channel open, causing the access
to exclusive mode to fail (DEVICE_IN_USE).  Likewise,
should some app use audio in exclusive mode, then
winetest's attempt to open shared mode will fail (untested,
so exact error unknown to me).
