mmdevapi/tests: Add format tests.

Oops, I wanted to rename this to
mmdevapi/tests: Add PCM format tests.
but don't have a trustworthy editor here.
Alexandre, please add "PCM".

I've added broken() so that the tests should pass with 5:1 cards which
behave slightly differently from others for a few formats.
Andrew, please check.

Until somebody with a 5:1 card investigates how/why they act
differently given various numbers of channels, broken() should suffice.
