[PATCH 1/2] mmdevapi: IsFormatSupported fills closest match iff it returns S_FALSE.

Hi,

Wine is currently leaking memory because of this bug.
My tests show that S_FALSE indicates a format suggestion,
otherwise the out pointer is NULL.
I think MSDN says that, but it's not particularly clear.
