Revert "[PATCH] rpcrt4/rpc_transport.c: the named pipe can be used for multiple operations at the same time, so use overlapped operations for ReadFile and WriteFile"

This commit made the tests on the buildbot explode regularly.
Before reverting, I was able to reproduce advapi32 test failures
reliably in 12-30 runs.
After reverting, I was unable to reproduce failures in 120 runs.
Let's revert and let Bernhard fix it at his leisure; I can test it
overnight for him before he sends it in again.
