[PATCH 2/2] ws2_32/tests: Test for AcceptEx IOCP behavior for canceled sockets.

Description:
   This patch demonstrates how it is necessary for AcceptEx to be able
to handle completion notifications for canceled sockets.  It is worth
noting that, currently, Wine does not properly support completions in
AcceptEx if the completion port is created after AcceptEx is called.
